Minnesota Man Makes Prize Winning Putt

St. Paul, Minn.  –  Congratulations are in order for Doug David who recently took home $2,500, courtesy of Employee Benefits Group, LLC (EBG) and paid for by Hole In One International after he made a 50-foot prize-winning putt in a cash prize putting contest during the 8th Annual Minnesota/Dakotas ESOP Association Golf Tournament at Heritage Links Golf Course in Lakeville.

Watch The Shot…

Sponsoring a big prize putting contest is an effective way to put your organization’s name in front of a captive audience while giving golf tournament participants the chance to take home a prize.

In this putting contest, EBG gave a few finalists the chance to sink a single putt for the cash prize, but you can qualify up to 5 lucky contestants using a putt-off, closest-to-the-hole putting contest, or a raffle which can be used to raise money for any cause.

One very effective way to run a single-putt putting contest like this one is to have everyone gather together at the putting green where you will set up an area to conduct a 50-foot putt.  Imagine how fun it will be having everyone watch as your finalists try to win your sponsored prize. As you can imagine running a putting contest in this way will add to the fun and excitement of any golf tournament.  To ensure a winning experience for every participant, along with your insured prize, you can make every shot a prize-winning putt, by awarding smaller, self-sponsored prizes to every finalist.

Hole In One International offers both single and combination putting contests starting from $150. You can learn more about how to give away a giant, attention-grabbing prize (without the risk of payout)  to any golf tournament player making a prize-winning putt as well as get a free quote on our Putting Contest Insurance page.  Or give us a call today at 800-827-2249.
