Fort Morgan, Colorado – Congratulations to Mike Wales of Fort Morgan who recently won a Las Vegas vacation, courtesy of Geoff Taylor of the Taylor Insurance Agency, and paid for by Hole In One International. Wales won the prize during the Morgan County Rural Electric Association’s annual Invitational Tournament at the Quail Dunes Golf course.
Morgan aced the eight hole, his first in 24 years of playing golf, winning the 8-day, 7-night vacation for two.
The four-person scramble drew 34 teams — 136 golfers — from all over Colorado and several other states to compete in the two-day event. Proceeds from the tournament go toward the Morgan County REA Lineworker Scholarship program.
