Wilmington, N.C. – Congratulations to Brian Nordberg of Calabash who won $10,000 this August, courtesy of Michael Burkinshaw with Towne Insurance, and paid for by Hole In One International.
Nordberg won the big prize after he aced the 145-yard, Hole 8 at the Crow Creek Golf Club with a 6-iron during the CIS Golf Tournament. It was Nordberg’s second prize winning hole in one, where he had previously won a set of irons.
The Labor Day golf tournament, now in it’s 7th year, is hosted by the Crow Creek Ladies and Men’s Golf Leagues, and is a fundraiser for Community in Schools of Brunswick County, Inc.
