Lucky Hole In One Winner Receives Two Prizes!

Congratulations to Brandon White of Tontitown, Arkansas!

BrandonWhite

Brandon’s story is quite an exciting one, as he won not just one free auxiliary prize, but two – during the same tournament!

The Sheriff Helder’s Cops and Friends Classic was held on May 16, 2011, at Fayetteville Country Club.  White aced the 138-yard hole 17, using a 9 iron. But here’s the best part?

Since the hole was insured by two separate companies that day, Hole In One International awarded the lucky acemaker two prizes: a 32″ Panasonic LCD TV and a set of Nike Victory Red Pro Cavity Irons.

Wow!  Sweet deal!

In case you didn’t know, auxiliary prizes are extra prizes Hole In One International provides for all tournament formats. They are placed on par 3 holes that are longer than 135 yards. With auxiliary prizes, your players will win prizes,  even if they don’t manage to make a hole in one on the grand prize hole that you’ve  insured.

Give us a call at 800-827-2249 or send us a quick email and we’ll set you up with a hole in one policy of your own!

Who knows… maybe the next Brandon White will be winning big at your tournament next year.

Utah Man Wins Harley, Foundation Raises $160,000+

Henderson, Nev. – Meet Dr. Lynn Dayton of Orem, Utah. Dayton recently won a Red Hot Sunglow Harley-Davidson “Street Bob” Motorcycle, courtesy of Las Vegas Harley-Davidson, and paid for by Hole In One International after he aced the 165-yard, hole 10 during the The Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation’s 5th Annual Racing to Recovery Golf Tournament, which took place at the South Shore Golf Club at Lake Las Vegas this past November.

Dayton scored the ace, his second, using a 5 wood. But that wasn’t the only thrill… turns out thatalong with winning that sweet set of wheels, one of the witnesses to Dayton’s shot was none other than baseball Hall of Famer Rollie Fingers, one of tournament’s many celebrity participants.

While having someone ace a shot is always amazing, this tournament had winners on many levels. That’s because over $160,000 was raised for the benefit of paralysis patients and scientific research.

Hole In One International Pays Another Winner!

MSHIOColumbia, SC – Wondering what it feels like to make a hole in one?  Just ask Rick Ross, who recently aced the 16th hole at Northwoods Golf Club.  Ross was undoubtedly the “hero of the day” at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Golf Tournament on March 18th when his 8 iron sent the golf ball flying 144 yards, landing him an ace.

Believe it or not, there is something better than the bragging rights of making a hole in one – and that’s receiving a prize for it!  Thankfully, the par 3, 16th hole was insured, which meant a free $500 Visa Gift Card for Ross, paid for by Hole In One International.

While nobody managed to ace the $10,000 prize that was designated on hole 11, every player in the outing was still fortunate enough to receive an extra shot at each of the other remaining par 3 holes on the course for an opportunity to receive one of Hole In One International’s auxiliary prizes, such as the $500 VISA Gift Card, Nike Golf Equipment and a BOSE Wave Music System.

While this year’s tournament took place on April Fool’s Day, this fundraiser is no joking matter. This year 216 players participated in the tournament, whose sole purpose is to award scholarships for AAAA members and their families.

According to Tournament Director Denise Aylesworth, $35,000 in sponsorships were collected for the AAAA scholarship
fund this year.
